Natural ways to cure asthma
First of all I am a teacher and my purpose is not to advertise. I am not a doctor. I am writing on behalf of my experience.
Asthma is a chronic condition where the airways narrow, swell and produce extra mucus which causes sneezing, cough and shortness of breathing. The symptoms of asthma differ from person to person. It can be the genetic cause by allergy, poor nutrition, pollen or dust. In most mild to moderate cases, an asthmatic can lead to normal life with some lifestyle changes and proper medication.
Asthma can be cured by following these simple steps:
- Yoga and regular exercise.
- Keep yourself away from dusty places.
- Fried and spicy foods should be avoided.
- Avoid cold spaces such as AC.
- Don’t eat foods which create mucus such as curd and rice.
- Take light dinner about 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
- Keep your house dust free.
- Take precautions during change of season.
- Don’t step out of the house without scarf or handkerchief.
- Keep your house fully ventilated.
- Avoid smoking.
The very first thing that you should do is get checked by a physician. Stick to the medication. See a specialist about an allergen test. Once you know the allergic substances you trigger with, you try to avoid those substances. Drugs have harmful side effects in large enough doses. Just, don’t make a habit of it.
Traditional treatments like homeopathic and ayurvedic too are very effective for long term treatment. Though, more research still need to be done before anything clear can be recognized. Asthma patients are looking for an alternative herbal cure for asthma.
Here are some herbs and natural ingredients that have been studied such as Liquorice roots, Phaedra, Swasa kalpa syrup and Chawanprash ETC. It is available everywhere in India. I am sure; it will start working within two month period.
Asthma is not curable but it can be controlled to minimize its impact upon your health and can lead a happy life.
MY experience of curing asthma is based on ayurvedic Chawanprash. I came to know about this at the age of 30 year old. I have taken treatment by asthma physician and allergen test. I was unable to walk ten feet further, but now I can climb upstairs easily without any difficulty in breathing.
I came to be known while watching Life Care channel on TV and I was suggested to take Chawanprash for 2 to 3 months and if possible take regularly to lead a normal life. Number of ingredients is used in Chawanprash to fight against Asthma and increases your immunity power. You have to continue eating chawanprash daily, if you want to enjoy a healthy life.
You can take Chawanprash of any manufacturer such as Dabur, Himachal, Zandu and Ramdeo Baba. I am eating one teaspoon regularly and till date I don’t have any problem of breathing taking precautions wherever needed. I suggest you take this and feel the difference and I am sure that it will help you. It has no side effects.
Please do not take it lightly; it can change the life of the patient. I would be happy if someone will get cured.
